Order Processing Timeline
- All orders are processed within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.
- Once processed, your order will be dispatched for shipping through our trusted courier partners.
During periods of high order volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays, processing may take an additional 3–4 working days.
If your order is affected by any delay, our team will promptly notify you via email or phone.

- Express Shipping (Metro & Tier-1 Cities): 3–5 working days
- Standard Shipping (PAN India): 5–8 working days (depending on the destination)

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipment Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, shipments may occasionally be delayed due to:
- High order volumes during festive seasons
- Unavailability of the consignee
- Weather conditions or transport disruptions
- Third-party courier delays

Non-Refundable Logistics Delays
Meraki Merchandise is not liable for delays in delivery caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Customs clearance
- Operational disruptions beyond our control
According to our policy, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by third-party logistics or external factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) and courier details.
Please note:
- Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via the “Track Order” section on merakimerchandise.com.
