At Meraki Merchandise, we take great pride in curating and delivering premium-quality corporate and personalized gifts. Every product undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that certain situations may require an exchange or refund. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Personalized Orders
Orders that involve any kind of customization or personalization (branding, engraving, printing, etc.) cannot be cancelled once placed.
Since these items are made specifically for you, no cancellations or modifications are allowed under any circumstances.
Non-Personalized Orders
For non-customized or ready-made products:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchange requests only for:
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product or customization error).
To raise an exchange request:
- Email us at hello@merakimerchandise.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue with the product.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Please note: Exchanges are not applicable for products that have been used, tampered with, or returned without proper proof of damage.
RETURN POLICY
Personalized & Non-Personalized Products
We do not accept returns for products delivered in good condition, as per our strict quality standards.
However, in case of:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items,
you can initiate a return or refund request by emailing us at hello@merakimerchandise.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order ID
- Unboxing video or clear photographs of the issue
Once approved, you can choose between:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original mode of payment (processed within 7–10 working days)
REFUND POLICY
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel an eligible non-personalized order before it has been shipped.
The amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may apply in cases such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier
- Package refused by the recipient
- Other logistics or operational issues
In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting:
- Shipping charges
- Return-to-origin (RTO) fee
- A 5% restocking fee on the total order value
All refund requests are processed within 3–4 working days after approval.
DELAYS DUE TO THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS
Meraki Merchandise partners with trusted delivery providers. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service interruptions
- Unforeseen weather or transport issues
- Customs clearance or logistical delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays beyond our control.
